Perhaps the lizard pizza results go some way to explaining the vitality of the colony of painted agamas that has grown up around my community's swimming pool. A lot of pizza gets eaten there...

Reminds me of when we lived on a farm when I was young. The milk cow got into the wild garlic, which made her milk garlicky. Rather than let it go to waste, we just drank it. But also discovered it made amazing butter and was a great ingredient for cornbread.

clawsoon, the lethal dose for alcohol gets interesting. A one liter bottle of vodka reaches the LD50 if you use worldwide average 62 kg body weight, of course the more vulnerable 50% does not go around drinking whole big bottles.

(5 g alcohol / kg body weight) / (0.84 kg alcohol / l) = 1.2 * 0.005 l/kg = 0.006 l/kg
