He's Shaun the Sheep! And it's Timmy Time! When's Shirley getting her own show? posted by CarlRossi at 12:49 PM on October 17, 2010
Good, I needed a fresh dose of Industrial Strength Aardman. posted by oneswellfoop at 1:01 PM on October 17, 2010 [2 favorites]

*hipster instinct kicks in* I liked him better before he went solo. posted by ACair at 1:33 PM on October 17, 2010 [2 favorites]
I had no idea Shaun the Sheep was a thing on his own. That's pretty great, 'cause I loved him in "A Close Shave".
Also, the designers of this game have made some very good UI choices, first among them being that they provide three ways to change sheep: you can press the number key, click the portrait in the upper right, or simply click the sheep in the playing field. Good work! posted by Pope Guilty at 1:43 PM on October 17, 2010
The smallest sheep's giggle is so funny... posted by antgly at 2:26 PM on October 17, 2010
Love games like this though I couldn't get the see saw to work. Glad they had a skip. posted by Mitheral at 3:24 PM on October 17, 2010
Woot! Finished all the levels with the sheep safe and sound.
Which is a good thing, because every time I failed a level where little Timmy went flying over a cliff, I felt horridly guilty.
He's so cute! posted by misha at 3:42 PM on October 17, 2010
A nice little diversion, and the difficulty is set right so it is an entertaining pastime and not an obsession. posted by meinvt at 3:45 PM on October 17, 2010
Timmy just passed away :( posted by francesca too at 4:18 PM on October 17, 2010
That was awesome fun. My favorite aspect of this game is that there are often more than one way to solve each level. Sometimes I wondered if the developer actually anticipated what I did. posted by spaghettification at 4:48 PM on October 17, 2010

When I first saw A Close Shave, I thought for sure his name was Shorn. I'm still disappointed that he is not. posted by Rarebit Fiend at 7:34 PM on October 17, 2010 [1 favorite]
"Shorn"? Now that wouldn't be very punny, would it? posted by labberdasher at 11:43 PM on October 17, 2010
I found that game very stressful. I feel awful when a sheep falls over a cliff. Back to a nice soothing RPG. posted by lollusc at 12:05 AM on October 18, 2010
I really like that game! Piling up the sheep is fun. posted by Pallas Athena at 5:30 AM on October 18, 2010
Oh my god please tell me that this game ends or I will never get anything done. posted by i_am_a_fiesta at 5:07 PM on October 18, 2010
¡°Why?¡± asked Larry, in his practical way. "Sergeant," admonished the Lieutenant, "you mustn't use such language to your men." "Yes," accorded Shorty; "we'll git some rations from camp by this evenin'. Cap will look out for that. Meanwhile, I'll take out two or three o' the boys on a scout into the country, to see if we can't pick up something to eat." Marvor, however, didn't seem satisfied. "The masters always speak truth," he said. "Is this what you tell me?" MRS. B.: Why are they let, then? My song is short. I am near the dead. So Albert's letter remained unanswered¡ªCaro felt that Reuben was unjust. She had grown very critical of him lately, and a smarting dislike coloured her [Pg 337]judgments. After all, it was he who had driven everybody to whatever it was that had disgraced him. He was to blame for Robert's theft, for Albert's treachery, for Richard's base dependence on the Bardons, for George's death, for Benjamin's disappearance, for Tilly's marriage, for Rose's elopement¡ªit was a heavy load, but Caro put the whole of it on Reuben's shoulders, and added, moreover, the tragedy of her own warped life. He was a tyrant, who sucked his children's blood, and cursed them when they succeeded in breaking free. "Tell my lord," said Calverley, "I will attend him instantly." HoME²Ô¾®¿Õ·¬ºÅѸÀ×Á´½Ó
